A Combined Effort Between Witness and Artist

Living in the Sacramento area during the late 1970’s and just out of the service, I dove into the field of illustration and portraiture. Working at the shopping malls, I would create portraits in ink, charcoal, watercolor, and pastel. This quickly developed into illustration work for local newspapers and publications. Then I noticed how basic the local police composite drawings were. Being noted for fast accurate portrait work, I felt it my obligation to introduce my efforts to the local law enforcement agencies. Inspector Ray Biondi of the Sacramento Sheriff's Department, quickly recognized my skill as a police artist and used me effectively on many of his investigations such as the Dracula Killer, California I-5 Murders, and in the Unabom  investigation where I would produce the first national composite release of the Unabomber sighting in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Being a proven expert in the field of police composite art, and with the present stage of development in computer technology, I now feel the time has come to make a substantial improvement in this needed field of police composite artwork. It is now possible to interview a witness from PC to PC. The drawing can be directed with the same if not better control as with a one on one interview. I would like to urge all interested investigators and forensic specialists to contact me for details of my on-line interviewing procedure.
